概要	The purpose of this study is to clarify the present status of ParaSport athletes’ lives, and how they became involved in these sports.Changes in environment before and after the onset of disability and sports activities before the onset of disability are thought to affect sports activities after the onset of disability.　Japanese public insurance should cover rehabilitation more than 6 months.
