概要	the purpose of this study is focused on the story of parents raising children such as multiple births. The story of parents contributes as foundational data of the well-being of parents during the important early caregiving periods to ensure the healthy development of multiple births and parents. Mothers of twins experience intense physical and emotional demands, with extended family, especially grandparents, playing a crucial support role in Japan. Low paternal leave uptake, influenced by cultural norms, highlights the importance of in-law support for balancing work and childcare responsibilities.
