概要 For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted by mail and targeted 25 para-sports associations which participated in the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo and 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. The survey’s items covered the: operating situation, earnings, and necessity of inter-organizational collaborations. The survey period was from Saturday, January 20 through February 15, 2024, and responses were obtained from 13 of the associations (response rate: 52%).The mean number of sponsors is 10.31 (SD: 13.19). The importance of collaboration was asked based on the 5-point Likert scale for seven items: collaboration with associations for the same sporting event but different disability types, collaboration with other associations for the same disability type but for other sporting events, joint marketing with multiple sports associations, collaboration with JOC member associations, collaboration with para-sports associations of respective prefectures, collaboration with para-sports coaches’ associations of respective prefectures, and collaboration with municipal sports administration. The results showed that the importance ratings of the para-sports associations were not related to the number of sponsors. It was also suggested that para-sports associations are inclined to collaborate with associations of sports for able-bodied people rather than with para-sports associations.
